Have a general question about our fleece blankets?
How long does customization take?
Customization takes about two weeks to produce after design approval. Laser etching is generally a bit faster and embroidery can take a little longer. For Rush Orders just let us know the time and the place!
Do I get a proof?
Absolutely! All orders are subject to your final approval before we start production. After placing an order, a photo of a fully finished blanket with your design will be emailed to you for your approval. Please note we will not run your credit card until the proof is approved, your order is complete and has shipped!
What is the minimum order for customization?
Our customization orders start at 48 blankets. You can still purchase a lesser quantity blank/wholesale and we will be happy to ship them free to a local embroiderer of your choice.
Do you customize with individual names?
Sorry, the design must be the same for all the blankets. Currently individual names are not available as an option.
Where do customized orders ship from?
All embroidery and laser etched orders ship from Fall River, MA.
How do I know if my design will be better laser etched or embroidered?
We would be happy to take a look at your design and recommend all the options. In addition we have a library of high resolution photos we can share showing both techniques in great detail. COntact
What type of art files of my design are best to send?
Generally speaking the higher the resolution art file the better. Common files could include JPG, PDF, EPS and AI files. If you don’t have these just send us what you have and we will take a look.
How do I determine the embroidery stitch count of my design?
Just send it to us and we will be happy to advise on the size and stitch count.
Where is the logo placed?
All customization is in the corner of the blanket except for the Picnic Blanket and the Roll Up Blanket. Embroidery for the Picnic Blanket is on the pocket of the outside shell. The embroidery for the Roll Up Blanket is placed on the canvas flap closure.
How do I pick thread colors?
You can send us your design and we will match them up. Alternatively we can go off a Pantone number if you have one or sometimes just a description.
How do I get an exact quote on my logo?
Just upload your design here and we’ll get right back to you.
